My passion for thought around gender issues originates from identifying with riot grrrl in my youth. I also have a BA in Literature from Mills College and studied Eighteenth-Century British Novel and Proto-Feminism in graduate school. I like cooking, cats, horror movies, making awesome mixes, and redwoods.
