Salesforce Training Success Stories!

February 1, 2012

Congrats to our first class of free Salesforce training participants!

Last week, our students attended a 4 days virtual training course to get them prepared for their certification exam.  After the course ended, we started receiving some amazing responses from our free training participants and are honestly truly touched by what they had to say! Some students have already taken and passed the Salesforce certification exam and others are planning on studying and taking the exam within the next few weeks. Once they take the exam and are certified, we will send them off to our IT Recruiting practice and we will work to help them get placed in new roles!

We have received enthusiastic video responses from two of our participants so far describing their experience with Salesforce training and how they think this knowledge will help them in their career. Let’s take a look.

First up, meet Rebecca! She has a background in sales and has experienced ageism in her most recent job searches - being passed up for younger, more technically knowledgeable candidates. This past summer, she had a job doing manual labor in hopes of getting a promotion onto the sales team, but was unfortunately passed up. It was this experience that led her to Bluewolf so she could become Salesforce certified and be more competitive in her field. Rebecca says, “My background is in pure sales. I only know enough IT to get by. I forgot how fun it was though...analytical thinking. The whole opportunity has given me a real boost for my moral and has opened doors.”

Next up, meet Wanda. You may remember Wanda from her initial unemployment story video. Wanda has a background in help desk IT and has been unemployed since November 2011. She was looking for a new skill-set that would help her remain competitive in today’s job market. Wanda found Bluewolf’s free training offer and immediately jumped on the opportunity to learn Salesforce.
