Leveraging Bluewolf's SprintPack Program for Quick, Cost-effective Force.com Sites Deployment
SAN FRANCISCO & NEW YORK -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Bluewolf (www.bluewolf.com), the leading provider of next-generation, agile consulting services, announced that REACH Air Medical Services, a provider of air medical transport services, will be deploying Force.com Sites from salesforce.com to automate membership renewals and drive innovation around their expanding membership services program nationwide. REACH is leveraging Bluewolf's new cloud service offering SprintPack to deploy theirsalesforce.com solutions.
SprintPack allows organizations to quickly and cost-effectively develop solutions on theForce.com platform. Bluewolf's SprintPack is a series of three programs that focus on strategy and vision, developing working models or 'proof of concepts,' and full deployment of Force.com applications.
REACH selected Bluewolf to help move their organization into the 21st century. Many of REACH's business processes were managed manually via spreadsheets and through outdated, homegrown systems. Operating a consumer-oriented air ambulance membership program requires effective communication to members and automation of the critical processes including membership sign up and renewals. REACH turned to Bluewolf's SprintPack program to build a new membership site on Force.com Sites. This solution leverages Salesforce.com's database, integration, workflow and approval rules to holistically manage the membership life-cycle.
"REACH chose Force.com Sites as the platform to build our custom membership platform and corporate database, and we turned to Bluewolf to guide us in building out the solution," said Rhoann Ponseti, Director of Marketing at REACH Air Medical Services. “Salesforce.com's innovative Force.com Free Edition and Bluewolf's SprintPack program offer our company an easy way to leverage cloud computing for business innovation, efficiency and success.”
"Force.com Sites makes Salesforce that much more sticky for our clients," said Len Couture, Managing Director, CIO Practice, Bluewolf. "Salesforce.com is not just for CRM anymore. With Force.com Sites, businesses can now extend their solutions externally, and we are seeing tons of interest from our client base around how they can leverageForce.com Sites with customer portal, PRM and CRM."
