At Bluewolf, we’re passionate about finding answers for our clients, but what makes us different than other consulting agencies is our Pack. We value personalities that don’t fit molds, people both interested and interesting, a diverse group who bring a variety of skills, backgrounds, and perspectives to the table. It takes an amazing team to do what we do. To give you a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Bluewolf great, we’re featuring some of these people in our blog series “Humans of Bluewolf.” Here we’ll introduce a few members of our Pack and uncover what a career at Bluewolf means to them.
Tracy Conlon is a Bluewolf consultant, a champion of philanthropy, and lover of the outdoors. She says her favorite thing about Bluewolf is the “rapid growth of Bluewolf and the industry. There’s no limitation to your growth here. If you are good at what you do you can do whatever you want, there isn’t red tape.”
Tracy’s career exemplifies this. She started as our office manager in the New York office where she formed a lot of connections as she worked with Pack members across all of our global offices. After just a few months, she was invited to move into the Project Management Office onto a much smaller team. From there, her hard work helped her transition into the role of a consultant with our delivery team. Her goal now? “To become a project manager.”
Despite living in a big city, Tracy finds time to get outdoors. Her favorite things to do include going to the beach, biking, and kayaking. She loves to run outside along the Hudson River Walkway with beautiful views of the water, which is fitting given that she grew up on the New Jersey coast.
When she isn’t crafting solutions for our clients, Tracy contributes her passion and work ethic to Bluewolf’s philanthropy program— Pack Gives Back. She’s done everything from volunteering her time through Pack Gives Back opportunities, to facilitating Bluewolf signing our Pledge 1% commitment. She lists TEAK and Cycle for Survival as two of her favorite organizations she has worked with.

Tracy ran an interview workshop with TEAK to help young adults practice their interview skills. Cycle for Survival is a series of indoor cycling events that raise money for rare cancer research. For this year’s New York event the Bluewolf team raised over $7,000 as a whole. After participating Tracy said the best part was “high-fiving and cheering for one another as we danced and cycled our hearts out, the experience truly embodied the teamwork and commitment that defines what being a part of the Bluewolf pack is all about.”
