When preparing for our Dreamforce 2010 presentation titled “Start a Revolution: Creating a Culture That Embraces Change”, Bluewolf kicked off the event with a slideshow of some of the world’s most well known revolutionaries.  Rosa Parks, The Wright Brothers, Watson and Crick, Martin Luther King, Gandhi - you get the idea.

For most of us, when we see these images of these people we are inspired.  We are reminded that big changes can be sparked by one person. But our goal was not simply to inspire.  Our goal was to give our audience lasting tools that would help them take their inspiration from Dreamforce and actually get buy-in from the C-Suite.

Eric Berridge, Bluewolf Principal and Co-Founder, stated in this presentation, “The most challenging thing coming out of Dreamforce every year is taking what you see this week, taking what you saw at yesterday’s keynote, taking what you saw in your breakout session - taking all that back to your company and actually making it work.  Salesforce.com is a great company, but  they make it look so easy - and they always have.  But if it were this easy, I (Bluewolf) wouldn’t have a business.”

With guest presenter RogenSi, a global consultancy for exceptional performance, this Dreamforce presentation helped our audience to:

  • Learn what communication tools work and don’t work when trying to get the Boardroom and C-Suite to support your vision
  • Understanding what your CEO really cares about (technology vs. growing the business)
