The Salesforce implementation at Hanover required multiple instances - one for a business group, and one for the sales and marketing organization. So Hanover needed a vendor who could manage both.

"We needed a company that was going to be able to take care of both projects at the same time...and manage them without over-running each other" says Branthoover.
