SurfControl needed to extend CRM visibility to company management in all departments; be able to forecast sales on a global basis; measure ROI of its marketing programs; deliver global 24/7 “follow the sun” customer service & support; and instill global best practices for sales, marketing & customer support.
Solution
SurfControl selected Bluewolf based on its knowledge, tools, and experience with Salesforce, and Bluewolf’s ability to guarantee a rapid and successful rollout. The initial launch was in 3 weeks; the global go live for customer service & support was on a single day. Global rollout for sales was within 21 weeks, and complete global rollout for sales, marketing, technical support was within 10 months.
