Challenge
In the fall of 2007 DriveCam transferred corporate responsibility for its Salesforce Application from the marketing department to the IT department. The IT department needed a cost effective way to support the company’s ongoing investment in Salesforce without creating an additional burden on company staff or infrastructure.
Solution
Bluewolf’s OpenSupport Program, a tailored customer support program that provides companies with an on-demand solution for both administrative and custom development support services on the Salesforce Platform.
Results
DriveCam has improved response time to making application changes that reflect company changes. It has also improved the speed with which employee requests are addressed in Salesforce. Additionally, ongoing maintenance, data quality and business process have all improved, giving DriveCam the ability to start looking forward with future system needs, instead of continually trying to catch up with company requests.
