Challenge
Staffing changes at Macquarie Equipment Finance (Macquarie) created an immediate need for Salesforce administrator support. Over time, Macquarie and Bluewolf developed an ongoing partnership where Bluewolf provides advice and services that help Macquarie identify and exploit Salesforce platform advantages.
Solution
Macquarie utilized a number of Bluewolf programs and services, including OpenSupport, which allows customers to move between administrative and custom development services with ease and flexibility. Bluewolf’s breadth of direct customer experience has been instrumental in solving ongoing challenges.
Results
Macquarie has been able to streamline system level changes to its instance of Salesforce, and deploy enhancements that have improved employee productivity and customer communication. Macquarie is also in the process of implementing Salesforce globally.
