Challenge
Move from an ad-hoc, decentralized method of contact & sales management to a global sales process and enterprise class sales effectiveness tool. Life Fitness needed to leverage best of class technologies to arm employees with business solutions that will make them more productive and successful, and streamline insight and management capabilities into the organization in order to expand their business globally.
Solution
Bluewolf employed its Blueprint process. This discovery project analyzed putting a new sales process in place, and Bluewolf's Agile implementation services were used to determine a new Salesforce CRM solution in the US. Additionally, integrations were deployed to the in-house Oracle system for finance and order fulfillment/management.
Results
Today Salesforce CRM is seen as a core enabler in Life Fitness’ ability to deliver the Life Fitness core brand values of superior products and service.
