Challenge
HealthWell needed to implement a new CRM solution to aid in ongoing efforts to solicit and manage donations. They hoped to create a central, up-do-date repository for all donor contact information; automate critical work flow associated with marketing campaigns; and track and report donor and donation information in a single location.
Solution
Bluewolf’s blueprinting process, implementation and adoption services allowed HealthWell to move from contract to go-live in 4 months. Bluewolf's new process was implemented for tracking and reporting marketing campaigns and donations.
Results
HealthWell has seen key improvements, including:
