4 million Americans have been unemployed for more than one year. 47% of employers blame candidates’ lack of job skills. 21 million jobs are needed by 2020 to return to full employment. 7 million jobs have been lost since 2007.

This is the reality of our current situation. Everyone knows someone that has been affected by the economic downturn. Everyone knows someone that has been out of work. This story is personal.
