Bluewolf is not a black sheep

The occasion was a gathering to hear from Bob Furniss, its US based Custumer Care Practice, and Service Cloud Director, and two of its clients - Brady Jacobsen, ‎General Manager, Customer Sales and Service at Australia Post and Rudi Khoury, ‎General Manager, Global Customer Experience at Fisher & Paykel Appliances.

Arlene Wherret, Managing Director for Australia spoke briefly about bluewolf’s success in Australia in implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions for companies like News Corp, Veoila, Vodafone, Australia Post and Fisher and Paykel and how customer focused these companies had become. Bluewolf calls this customer obsession.

She released the Annual Review of the State of Salesforce 2014-15 – Australia edition to support her assertion “The intention by Australian companies to invest in the Service Cloud in ‘on fire’ – higher than US intent,” she said.
