Bluewolf recently launched The State of Salesforce. This annual review shares the insights we learned from compiling hundreds of surveys from salesforce.com customers. With this report, organizations can separate the marketing hype from reality, see how the best companies are using Salesforce, and create a custom roadmap for 2014.
When developing this year’s State of Salesforce our goal was to create a useful tool for participants to leverage in 2014 and beyond. This year we collaborated with MIT Sloan School of Business to help us design a holistic survey and deep dive into the data. The result: 28 pages of statistics, trends, and insights into all things Salesforce. Additionally, we included an interactive benchmarking tool so salesforce.com customers can measure themselves against the market, and roadmap their resources for 2014.
